At this event I led a content team of three, with 10 short-form edits on the to-do list and a full festival day ahead of us.
It was my first time managing a team like this. I was a bit nervous at the start, but that feeling disappeared quickly. Everyone stepped up, we worked smoothly together and kept the energy high all day.
We finished 3 edits that same day and the rest followed right after. Fast-paced, creative, and honestly just a great vibe to work in.
